Default OBD2a GSR Motor into OBD2b Civic Dx

Searched, found a little bit that helped, but still, need as much info as possible. I need to know what I need to buy, as far as electrical goes, I know how to get the motor in the car, I have all THOSE parts, I need to know how the wiring will be done, mostly concerned about dizzy, alt, evap, knock, Crank speed, etc. Anybody who has done this swap please chime in. Links are the best way to help. Basically, its a 97 GSR motor, I have the car also, so I have everything I need from it. And I also have my 2000 civic dx coupe, which the motor is eventually going into. Just to give you guys an idea of whats sitting in my driveway:

i THINK that you can get away by just using the civics harness (adding wires for vtec) and an OBD2b -> OBD2a conversion harness. (easiest method.) otherwise, you can use a 96-98 ex/hx engine harness, and change the underdash harness to 96-98.

and you know this swap has no chance of being CA legal right?

Haha, Im not worried about legallity right now. But thanks, I'll see what I can find out about the obd2a conv harness.

J/W is it practical to use the GSR EWH in the Civic? That would be the easiest way to do it wouldnt it?

Nope. For '92 - '95 civics its hands down easier to use an Integra engine harness. However the '96 - '00 civics use a 1 piece engine harness as opposed to the Integra and '92 - '95 civic 2 piece design. Hands down easiest way to do the wiring is to use a '99 - '00 Si engine harness, next easiest route would be to use a '99 - '00 EX 5speed harness (you will have to deal with a mismatching distributor plug and legthening some wires with this harness) or finally reuse the existing harness and modify it. In all cases you will need to add the IAB wiring.

Ahh ok, So I guess I will be on the look out for the Si/Ex EWH. But what about EVAP? Will that be a problem?
