It's only a little more power, and 800 more rpms (6000 to 6800)

I've heard nothing but good things about the flex, and that they are different animals.

I was thinking about getting a flex to. I like how they are lighter than the makita.

the pc is nice for the price and if you intend to do it as a hobby or for ur own personal needs go with the pc. now if you plan on more than just taking care of urself ie.. making a little extra cash go with the flex. there is less time involved for getting the results you seek. I still love my makita though.

i really wasnt happy with the out come, probably the poorboys stuff. ALOT of scratches left that i thought would go away and i really worked on them. i still have a sroe wrist and fingers. I used the 2.5 than some megs. light polishing compound and i can still see plenty of little marring looking marks. I might try some 105 and than get the SRR1. But the other products like black hole, OMG its FTW

Ya know I actually stopped using the SSR lines for that same reason. The Glaze you speak of, if Im not mistaken is very very similar, if not the same as the Danase Wet Glaze and
And yes, that chemical makeup simply rocks the socks off of dark colors......

i love m105 (new formula), once i tried it i threw away all my other compounds. works like no other compound and I have pretty much tried them all. if using with a yellow megs foam pad you can so a great finish that a polish or glaze int even necessary.
