Default Axle Pops Out

I have a 94 Civic Sedan with a H2B set up. Ok so im having issues with my passenger axle poppin out when i make a right turn. I switched out the Intermediate shaft and thats when it started happinin, when i compared the int. shafts they looked the same and lengths on the part that goes in the tranny was the same.

AND .. about 4 months back (i have been only drivin this car for about 2 weeks now) i blew up my motor, part of the reason was because this same axle popped out, since then i have been through 3 autozone axles. I kpet thinkin the axles are the issue but i dont know now!

Help me please its my daily!

Yeah and the area that ring sets into may be damaged or wore out and just won't hold anymore.

Not sure other than sticking your finger in there and feeling it. But what are you going to compare it to. May have to get a rebuild or another trans.

The halfshaft doesn't require a clip on the trans side... it's bolted to the engine block and doesn't have a chance to go anywhere.

As for your axle woes, I'd say you may just be having some severely bunked clips on the axles you are receiving. Ask to borrow an OEM axle (or one that is KNOWN to work fine, whether it's an Autozone axle or Driveshaft Shop) from a friend or something. Try it out. If it still has issues, I'd look into the differential, engine/trans placement due to the mounts - which do you have by the way? - alignment/suspension issues.
