Default Comptech Superchager Pricing Question

Well this has been a curiosity of mine recently ever since the thought of the hondata flashpro. so what happens to the pricing of the stage 1 kit?
i was thinking maybe that there would be 2 options.

1.) a slightly higher price that has the s/c kit with the addition of flashpro

2.) a lower price with just the s/c kit excluding the reflash for those that may already have the flashpro.

it was just a thought since that it wouldnt make sense to me to send in your ecu to get a s/c reflash when you can simply get flashpro, or for those that already have it and a reflash would just be a dumb idea.

what are your guys' opinions on this?

They should sell flashpro and the supercharger kit separately.

last i heard the flashpro is going to come with a bunch of basemaps, one of which is the comptech reflash. you'd be better off gettin the flashpro for some extra $ and having the capability to custom-tune it when you want to. it'd be lame if they don't change their pricing to reflect the availability of flashpro.

that's not enough of a price drop, considering how much the na reflash costs.

yea but the price of the s/c reflash from comptech may not be worth as much as the hondata one because its part of a packaged deal if u get what im saying.

Keep in mind that increasing from stage 1 also means you will need a different pully and different injectors. The s/c upgrade kits includes everything you need. Comptech is being very quiet about what size injectors are needed for the stage 2 and/or stage 3. Btw, because of the peak effiency of the s/c, to gain anything more with stage 3 means using an intercooler. Redshift tells me they will have their 06+ SI intercooler kit released in August.

The biggest challange in upgrading from Stage 1 on your Comptech s/c, is getting Comptech (CT-Engineering) to respond to orders.

Just a little FYI
