1990 Honda Accord wont shift correctly!

I have a 1990 Honda Accord that is very hard to go into gear when shifting through the gears and 4th always grinds. It is almost impossible to down shift. I cant tell wether its the transmission, clutch, or what............Help!!!

Try getting some AMSOIL GM Synchromesh fluids. Last time I saw, Napa has them on shelf.

At least, start by changing the fluid.
