those look pretty legit to me....tell them to take pics of the inside of the rim where there are words engraved into it. it should say rays or something like that

 

I thought that 4 lug TE37s did not have the lug holes line up with the spokes, but I am certainly no expert. Wait for the real knowledgeable people to chime in before taking this as fact.

 

Just looked at some pictures of my old TE37 Time Attacks and none of the lug holes line up with the spokes.

From the other TE37 replica thread, in regard to the Rota version.

 

Those are fakes. Rota's lug holes line up directly with the valve stem. Volk's are slightly off to one side, and SSK's are directly perpendicular.

the spokes are supposed to be rounder on the edges, you'll know what i'm talking about if you look at a real set of volks

and the stickers aren't in the right spot, and they're fake!

those are SO fake. the rays sticker is supposed to be outlined like the volk sticker. and the lugs holes arent supposed to be lined up.

the 13" drag TE37s are also perpendicular. The real Volk drag wheels will have knurling where the bead of the tire rests in the wheel
