I just ordered an aftermarket header for my LS.

Are there any common problems that I should look for in the future?
I have a donut gasket to go with it too.

What type of after market header are you getting? The only issue I see coming up is ground clearance. If your car is to low the bottom part of the header might scrap when hitting bumps or potholes. When I barely got my first teg I went n bought n eBay header the 4-1 stainless steel and the part where it goes under the oil pan had a two finger clearance from the ground, so I switched to a rmf header.

 

I ordered a JVT ss 4-2-1 header.

I've heard this brand was ok so i decided to try it out.

 

Fitment, i dont think is going to be a problem. You should see some improvement. GL

 

I really wanted a Megan header. I heard that they were good. Since i cant affort the pricy tri y headers I have to settle for these lower priced ones. LOL.
