ok, heres my project, its pretty rough right now.
freind gave me his old da motor, its a 92 so its obd1. only modification's i know on the motor is it had a 8 puck clutch and lightened flywheel. it used to keep up with my mild built 90 da. had stage 1 crowers, b16 pistions, pp head job, and milled the head. so idk, maybe its a jdm motor. anyways it looks like **** now(my da). the back seats were gutted for 4 point harnesses when i bought the car but im going back to stock on the interior, already got all the rear seat brackets and seat belts in. next im gunna put the original front seat belts in.

AFTER it blew. had a leak in the passenger sides seat, g2ic gots some good info on fixin it. so pulled all interior




dont worry, getting a stock cluster, that white with the red led was shitty brite.
heres the head of my motor going in the car, pr4 5 means its a 92 to 93 head?

and th HM means honda motors, but on the 90 motor that was not on there

dont worry, i got an xtra valve cover lmao.

for the motor, it blows a little black smoke at high rpms. but this motor is just too get the car going for now. im going to buy a jumper harness since im obd0 and now have and obd1 motor, so all i need is an obd1 ecu and the harness correct?

should i go stock or stay with this one
and could you all tell me if either of these clutchs are still good?

and, how would i go on bonding these holes.


just weld sheet metal to the back and bondo???
any suggestions on what to do too the car?

ALSO, the motor is a 92, i have a 90 transmission, dose that mean i just need the 90 clutch or a 92, 93 clutch. heard that the clutchs are diffrent for the 90,91s than the 92 and 93s.

oh and about the clutch, why not just buy a new one? you wont regret it.

i got my motor in. i look and find all the info for the obd0 to obd1 conversion, but i dont know if it is regal for smog. i thought it was but not sure. just want too know so i can just buy the whole ryewire set if it is illegal so i dont have to switch out distributer plugs.
