I just Wanted to post some pics of my new car...well new to me... Its a 1995 civic hatch dx with a B18LS/vtec swap and high compression pistons a tune from what I am told its a safe tune using chrome... its has your typical honda mods as well intake, header, test pipe, and a buddy club spec 2 exhaust (VERY LOUD).. 6 puck Clutch... I am told stock flywheel... The best part is I traded a 93 Del sol si for it. It had the stock D16Z6 in it with Intake cat back exhaust and a "stage3" clutch with a 8.5lb flywheel.. and hail damage.......

They Both have pros and cons.. the del was stiff and bouncy at the same time but felt more solid taking bumps even tho it sounded like crap and gave you a back ache... the hatch is soft and bouncy takes bumps a little better but at higher speeds with a hard bump it kinda washes around its really weird I am trying to figure out why.. the set up is nicer than the sol's was but feels uneasy. I had more confidence in the sol. If anyone can relate to this problem/washy feeling and fixed it please let me know how. But in a straight line the hatch is way more fun than the sol.. Its funny I miss the sol alot but still love this hatch , I honestly wish I could have both. But I really feel like I came out on top with this trade. Thanks for all your responds

H22 Hatch ..nice I drove a H22 integra the other nice it pulled SO HARD. ...

That colors gotta go! I'm looking into getting a EG hatch soon.

 

I actually love the color you don't see too many of em around my area .. When I get the rust and dings fixed I may thing about a color change but right now I am liking the color..

 

you might want to look into your rear trailing arm bushings. check to see if they're torn or about to be torn. my del sol's rear end felt like it was sliding its @s$ all over the place and i replaced them with energy bushings.

if its not sliding then look into your shocks. when i first bought the del sol all i added was swift springs + stock OEM shocks. i drove it until i found myself in the same situation where if i go over a bump it would feel washy and less shock support. i pulled out my stock OEM shocks and replaced them with some JIC coilovers. problem solved.
