i have had three to many run ins with the police in the past three weeks for to afford. so i need an exhaust. i currently have a 1991 Crx dx. i bought it with a cat back , i think it is a Ractive brand never heard of it, but it is to loud. i looked through the whole exhaust thread and i what i need to know has not been answered. i would like an exhaust that is aftermarket, but not loud as hell. any options would be appreciated. thanks guys

i got the tanabe racing super medallion cat-back exhuast. not too loud. very deep tone. but another good one is the hks sports exhaust.

 

You guys don't know how Boyertown is.. Anything but stock on imports is going to be pulled over. BPD are D-I-C-K-S. You could have american muscle/choppers rumbling and they would not care. BUT you have a buzzing weed wacking car at half the dB they'd ticket you or harrass you to death.

stock exhaust or get an electric cut out exhaust when you feel in a racing mood.

If not go to hondamarketplace and buy a vibrant stealth muffler for $108freeovernightshipping, then go to your local store and buy the biggest damn resonator(cherrybomb glassback) you can find and put that in you mid-pipe after cat or whatever you have under there.

I'd like to see a pic of your setup.. or I could meet you at taco bell on 422 in exeter and look at it if you want.

 

so put the stock **** on it and call it a day or move

i like the buddyclub spec ll. its what im aiming for my crx.

 

rsr exmag is really quiet.

 

ebay el' cheapo is pretty quiet. sounds good though. or just get custom piping with a ws2 muffler.

 

get yourself one of these bad boyz and i guarantee you will never get pulled over again
