The Skunk2 EK exhaust. Is it loud? As in loud as the typical eBay fart can exhaust or is it quieter and smoother without the raspiness. Also, are the hangers intact on the can. I can't tell from the pic.

its in good condition, it is slightly faded and has a few small dings here and there but it is used.
