Icon2 NO START SWAP PROBLEMS!!! HELP!!!

Hey whats up HT, ok so i swap a d15b7 into my 1990 si hatch, it cranks and seems like it wants to start but doesn't, i smell fuel so i think i must be gettin fuel, im wondering if the spark plugs aren't firing? when i pulled the plugs they had oil on them, but is that from adding oil? any ideas? the battery is new and since its cranking i must be getting a good ground. help, or hit me up on AIM hamie916 if thats easier, thanks

i cleaned the plugs. would it be ok to put a little gas into each cylinder and try to start it? or would the make things worse?
