ok well its a 98 civic lx auto and drove it last night for like 30 mins and worked good this morning i went to get my menudo and it started to over heat after i got home i check the rad fan and it was working good it had antifreeze and i changed the thermastad acouple of weeks ago but it wont start it turns but it wont start in the cluster when its in park the "D" for drive blinks and theres a clicking noice by the ecu any help would be aprishiated thankx

 

When you turn the key to the "on" position do you hear your fuel pump prime and your ecu light comes on and goes off?

That clicking noise could be your main relay.
