1996 Honda Accord A/C does't work
I recently vacuumed the system to recharge after replacing the schrader valves. I haven't used the a/c for probably a year. It had no electrical gremlins then just leaks. It doesn't turn on the fans or compressor. After going through the honda manual troubleshooting tree, I have no power to the low pressure sensor. It says to check the ac diode in the left hand kick panel, can't find it at all. I have basically tore out the left hand side of the dash looking for it. Now after feeling like a dumb a$$ trying to find it can anyone tell me where it is at? Thanks.
here is the tree.
here is the tree.

I had the hardest time also locating the diode. It's above the left drivers side kick panel- to the left of the three relays that are above the big blue or brown box. There is a fat wiring harness there running up and down- run your hand over the back of it- the diode is taped to it on the back were you can't see it. The top of the diode is facing down, i hope this helps.
