Default D15B2 Camshaft Removal

Hey guys I've got some burnt valves to replace, but I need some help here.
I noticed the rockers are "spring loaded" and I was wondering if when they come out are they going to fly everywhere? Should I mark them and how do I remove the valves?

You may simply undo the 12 bolts that hold down the camshaft and rocker shaft and remove the entire assembly (rockers and rocker shafts) as one piece and set it aside.
Then you can lift out the camshaft.
To remove the valves, either use a valve spring compressor to depress the valves so you can remove the retainers, or put a 10mm socket over the top of the valve and give it a tap.
