Default LS transmission oil

I have a 99 Si with an integra LS transmission (don't ask me why), and I am trying to change the fluid. I know how and everything, but I picked up two crush washers from honda for a b16 transmission, and wanted to make sure that they will fit. Also, will two quarts of MTF be enough? Thank you

Also, can't I just remove all the fluid, put both bolts back in, lower the car, and then put the fluid in where the Vehicle Speed Sensor plugs into, and drive away?

The fill plug is by the passengers side drive shaft, and it's like just under 2L of 5W30 engine oil that you put in.
