Default Clutch and flywheel torque specs

So I'm doing a k20z1 swap on my integra and just bought a exedy clutch and flywheel. I just need to know what the torque specs are and if they rec. replacing the pressure plate bolts. I have a helms for my integra but not the rsx. Thanks in advance.

Well for mine I used red loctite and around 150lbs on the flywheel but only around 55lbs on the pressure plate with blue loctite

90# with NO! loctite for the flywheel
19# with NO! loctite for the pressure plate

never ever ever ever ever ever use loctite on these components, never ever over torque them either, if you do youll never get them off again, the bolts on the flywheel are hard enough to get off alone.. there is no mention of using a loctite in the helms either for this exact reason.
