b18 fuel rail prob

i just finished my ls swap and hooked up the injectors but the rail wont go down all the way and gas leaks out of one of the injectors but the nut wont tight anymore and if u use washers it dosent go down far enough not to leak please help

you have the plastic spacers on there? if not, it won't get tight.
