ok, i tried 2 heads and my car smokes bad still, what could cause this its a d15b2 it boggs as well

probably your bottom end is shot if two heads have not fixed the issue

what would need replaced? rings or bearrings?

rings. Do a compression and leak down test first to find the problem.

rings, or you had pure luck getting 2 heads with bad valve seals. rings more likely though
