Disconnecting sensor

I cant seem to figure out how to disconnect these sensors. Help, anyone?

On the first pic, the starter solenoid, those wires are held on with a nut. Pull back on the rubber sheath and you'll see the nuts. On the bottom pic, don't know, looks like you might need to pull on it

in the second picture you need to find the connector at the other end of those wires.
