is it just me, or does every 4th gen civic do this? it seems to get worse when its cold. Mine did this for many years, and i would just hit the top of the dash and the lights would stay on... but now they are just dark. What can i do to fix it? I guess i have to remove my whole dash... ??? thanks.

 

maybe u have ur stereo too loud
and the amps drain a lot of current....

my only does it when u crank my amp up ...

 

Just take off the face of the gauge cluster and pull out the gauge cluster. there will be lights that you can change and the processtakes about 30min.
8 screws total and I think 3 plugs. go to pep boys and find lights change lights and vola your done.
