ac issues
I got a 94 that is starting to have some AC issues. AC is stock and has worked well up till this point.
When I leave for work in the morning time it works great.
At lunch time driving around town in stop and go traffic it barely works.
Once I leave work it takes a while to get cool.
I got a Koyo double core radiator and stock fans. Am I not moving enough air across the condenser core?
Any more suggestions?

Try one of those AC recharge kits they have at the auto parts store. Or if your condenser is old and beat up it might not be working very efficiently...
I like that Synthetic Freeze stuff in the blue can. Got mine a lot colder... also, the fins on the condenser could need to be cleaned and straightened. You could also take it to a shop and have them do the vacuum machine to take out all freon and put all new in. If you have a mechanic friend it could be cheaper.
Also, just a side note, Preludes tend to have a problem with the Climate control circuit board, the solders come undone over time and need to be re soldered. All I did for this was take it apart and put solder on all the points. So if this ever happens to you, now you know what to do. : )
cheers
