Is there any way to test a Quaife like there is with the OEM helical lsd's? Ie. rotation torque check etc.

 

The spin check should be the same as any lsd. The only way to tell if you have a quaife or lsd is to drive it, or open her up.

 

I don't think the OEM diff is pre-loaded so the torque values won't be the same. When you turn a wheel with an oem lsd, the other will spin in the opposite direction. Not so with a Quaife. This is probably indicative of the lack of pre-load in the oem diff.
