2 quick ecu wiring questions

2 quick ecu wiring questions
I have a 90 civic dx I'm working on. So my questions are:
1. Is the solid blue wire on the ecu harness the tac/rpm wire?
2. Is the yellow with black tracer wire on the ecu harness a positive?

wiring at the DX ECU:
blue wire at ECU pin B14 - alternator output signal
yellow/black stripe at ECU pins A13 and A15 - ECU power from Main Relay
the tach signal wire is the blue wire at the 2-pin connector at the distributor - goes to the tach in the gauge cluster - does not go to the ECU - the ECU gets engine RPM from the Crank sensor in the distributor
