car dying out?

car dying out?
So my car has started to randomly die out...it will run then just start to bog and die.
LS Swap,
96 Hatch
OBD2a ECU
stainless fuel/summit filter.
Already checked the filter element in the summit filter, and it was clean, Im thinking maybe fuel pump going out? any help would be greatly appreciated.
Oh and Only CEL is 65 for secondary o2 sensor, which i dont have hooked up...but has been that way a while.
