I have a couple problems. Well, more of an annoyance. Anyways, the interior fan / blower works fine 1-4 speed but when I switch it to 0 it doesnt want to turn off. It keeps blowing at a low speed. Anybody know why?

Also, when I start my car my headlights are automatically on and I dont have to turn the ****? Normal? Turning it once should put on headlights shouldnt it? And turning it twice should put on highbeams? it doesnt do anything. A week or so ago it worked when I turned it twice. But has since stopped? Not sure if it worked prior to it. Any ideas?
