do the 96-97 non hid headlights of a jdm itr look different from the 98+ headlights

 

Yes. The only true differences are that the 98+ OEM HID housings use a slightly smaller headlight projector. Non HID housings have a slightly larger projector and have lines running across the housings. The OEM HID housings have lines across them but not over the projector.
