PP head and Head gasket question!

Default PP head and Head gasket question!

im gettin my h22 head back form its PP soon and i need to know if i should go with say a mugen head gasket that raises comp. to like 10.6:1 or should i go with a stock head gasket and keep my comp at 10:1.

o what are the downsides to runnig a thinner head gasket that bumps comp. my mods are in my sig if u need them to for ur answer. i really need to know b/c im going to be ordering parts car very soon.

You definatley want to go for the higher compression.

I can't stress enough how important a good C/R is for high lift cams such as the Skunk2's. The max I would go on a daily driven car is about 11.8:1 with a colder range set of plugs. I would also drop the JDM Type S pistons in and aim for something around 11.1:1. NA motors need high compression!
