lol seriously. If it replaces the crank pulley I would NOT advise using it.

I have OBX ones. didn't notice too much difference to even mention, but for $50 retail shipped I couldn't pass it up.

because your crank is not balanced and swapping an aftermarket CP like that onto it can be brutal for an engine. The stock CP has a bushing in it to absorb engine vibration, an aftermarket one does not. Meaning all the vibration goes back through the engine.... bad for business

i always thought they were balanced, and the stock pulley just dampened resonances, a tech at unorthodox racing said replacing the crank pulley might shorten the life of a motor to maybe 100k miles (in theory). i've used aftermarket crank pulleys before, even on an american car, and never had any problems. a friend of mine has one on his b20 civic with no problems for 2 1/2 years. i think nst makes a pretty good kit for the rsx. i think it makes 3-6 hp across the entire rpm range.

I'm just going off experience and from words of my tuner. I had a pulley kit on my B series but it seriously sounded louder to me engine wise. So I swapped back to OEM crank then swapped to civic type-R crank pulley.

but also I know companies aren't going to come out with products that immediately cause troubles.

But even a tech friend at Zimbrick Acura told me just yesterday he's seen troubles with under drive pulley kits at the shop

the nst kit retails for 200, so i may give it a try. i'm going to get an intake, k-pro, and rbc intake first though, and coilovers and wheels probably. been thinking about k24 bottom end, so i may run it on the one i've got now just to see.

do not put a non honda crank pully on your motor, unless you are buying an ati or fluidamper unit, the only cars that i work on that can use a solid are subaru boxer engines.
