Exedy HF01 Lightweight Flywheel w/ Exedy oem replacement clutch kit
Hey guys. I've had the flywheel laying around and I'll probably need to replace the clutch soon. So I would like to make use of it. Would I have any problems using a Exedy OEM replacement clutch kit with the lightweight flywheel?
I have a 01 GSR with I/H/E.
Or should I just get the stage one kit from Exedy?
Thanks in advance.

the oem replacement clutch is fine. the biggest benefit to the stage 1 is the superior throwout bearing. if you slip clutch a lot and race it might be worth it just for the added durability. neither is going to slip on you. personally i have an exedy oem disc and plate with a honda throwout bearing {which is identical to the exedy stage 1} on a fidanza flywheel. the exedy oem kit uses kind of a cheesier open bearing unit rather than the sealed long lasting design of the GSR/Type R
Get the stage one. I have if for mine, and I love it. I don' think it would matter about the flywheel, but I gots me a stock flywheel. my opinion
