Hi,

I've been working on my EF last night, swappin a B16A first gen from a teg X-SI (DA6).

I've used these axles: B16A midshaft with teg 90-93 axle, both side.

Here's the problem.

Everything fits all right BUT, when I tight the bolt (axle bolt) from both side, it doesn't screw all the way (I can, but if I do it, the wheel won't turn, like if the bearing was soooo tight)

If I tight the bolt half the way, it's all good, but the wheel shake from top to bottom...

I've removed the dust shield, maybe there's something else I need to remove?

All the spline and stuff is ok...

Anyone had the same problem?

you shouldn't have to remove the dust shield. did you check the outer CV joints for the hub ring that sometimes gets left on from the Teg?

 

Oh I did not chek if the CV join hub ring was left.

How does it looks like?
