i been trying to find a new gas tank for my civic cx but cant seem to find one anywhere. i been seeing alot of Spectra 13.5 gallons. are those even a direct bolt on with oem straps?

dont want to get it off a dealership since they want $300+ for one. not buying another one off the junkyard since the pass two i got leaks from rust holes...

 

Don't Autozone and other auto parts stores carry them? Have you checked?

 

we only got advance auto parts here and they only got the spectra 13.5 gallon tank. couldnt find any info on them if its a direct swap

Take your gas tank off. drain gas,fill with water,check for leaks,weld,rinse and repeat

 

if its only that easy, i would of done that in the first place....
