VIN tags were not attached to the transmission casings until the 1996 or 1997 model year. It's completely normal that it would not have a VIN tag, assuming it was a 94 or 95 tans . . .

i'm not saying your transmission is stolen.. it's just that when you or someone else buys a used car now a days ppl aren't up front with you... I just bought a Civic coupe and it had a bad battery so when I went to go remove the alternator to go get it tested so it wouldn't mess up my new battery the lower bolt was missing.. small things.. like the interior was tan and had dark gray seats... etc.

you just never know until you start working on it.

just an example.

and yes even though the guy had a 95 integra all B series tranny's bolts up to all B series blocks... I had a 99 gsr tranny that had the casing cracked and then replaced it with a 95 casing and all that was in one of my hatch's... so you get my drift.. GLWS bro

All Honda's & Acura's Had VIN"s on every body panel 96+ that's why salvage car's from auction/lien sale have to go threw the CHP inspection

I myself had made plenty of drives out of town to get there and be dissapointed in what I was supposely to be buying.. all hear-say from the the buyer who bought it from someone else...

I recently drove out to stockton, not too far but still a trip out from Sac to check out a P30 USDM ecu, no pictures!!!! on Craigslist..(you guys can all say ppl on CL are always trying to scam, but I myself post on CL and have no intentions of scamming and hope the next guy out there is LEGIT like me) I asked the guy if it's a USDM and he said "yes it came out of my DEL SOL with Original B16A3" I said cool I'll meet you..

when i got there and he showed me the ECU I automatically found out it was a JDM Square shaped ecu and told the guy it's a JDM ecu and that if you didn't know you got screwed when you bought your car or he was trying to get over on me.

Point being

Pictures = time not wasted and the right information is given... As they say "seeing is believing"

if the shoe isn't a 10.5 US size then it doesn't fit buddy...

I have been on honda-tech for many years... I have sold stuff on here and craigslist all the time. I'm even paypal verified and shipped USPS 2 day and spare no cost with signature confirmation & tracking number.. so i'm 100% legit
