I'm thinking of ordering some Ground Controls. Would the regualr off the shelf springrates of 380F/280R be decent for daily driving? I'll be pairing them up with some Koni Yellows. Thanks guys!
Yup, it'll be somewhat firm but definitely soft enough for a daily driver. I had shelf rates on my EF (on Tokico Illuminas) and now my EG (on Koni Yellows)...it's a very street friendly setup. I have Skunk2 coilovers on Koni Yellows on my other EG, and while it's nice to have a firm suspension for a lot of reasons, on a daily driver, it can get old fast, especially when you're carrying your girlfriend and/or friends around often.

ive got ground controls on illuminas and im not sure of the spring rates but theyre wicked stiff and theyre on my daily driver...bad idea. but the shelf rates should be fairly decent for your DD. and like hushypushy said, upgrade that rear sway bar!
