I have an 89 SI that I am converting to 4ws. I need to get new outer tie rod ends for the racks I bought. They look the same, front and rear, is this the case? If not, what is the structural and functional difference between the front and the rear outer tie rod ends?

Yeah, they claim they are different parts altogether, but I have the old shredded ones, and I can't tell the difference. They look identical.

Also, that link only lets you look back to 92, or else I just don't know how to use the site properly...

Yeah, I already know what that answer is going to be. I'm looking for someone with a 3rd gen prelude with 4ws that tried swapping their rear outer tie rod ends with front outer tie rod ends, and whether it worked. I know they are different parts.
