just ordered 15" rota slips and falken aziens
i just ordered 15 inch rota slips and falken aziens sport tires. the size is 205 50 15. just wondering if they will rub because they are a bit wider than the stock tires. the car is lowered right now and doesnt rub at all.
Shouldn't have any problems when I had 17s I rode on 205's and they did not rub. I got 18's now with 215's and they rub a little when i make a u-turn. Peace.
450 shipped for the rims and 66 dollars apeice for the falken tires. all free shipping which helps out. i know i could have found them cheaper but i had graduation money and i needed(wanted) the rims bad.

They are going to rub in back. Just take off the rubber liner along the inside of the fender and you should be ok.
will do tonyx thanks for the info. just found out tires are on backorder but the rims will be here soon. pics will be up right away.
i have 15" slips and 205/50's with a 2" drop and they rub if i turn completely to the right of if i go over bumps with more that 2 people in the car.
In the rear wheel well where the bumper and body connect there is a small tab of sheet metal from the car that makes all that rubbing noise. Just roll/bend that in and you'll be fine. The rubbing sounds worse than it really is. It's where the screw is if your not sure what I'm taling about. If your rubbing you'll see the wear mark. You won't have to roll the whole fender.
mine rubbed a bit in front, so I just grabbed under the fender (one day when I was pissed off workingon someone elses car) and I bent the inner tabs for the fender liner up and out of th eway so it wouldnt rub anymore. problem solved
annoying signature, ripping on that gay movie is sooo played out. IMO
other than that nice wheel and tire combo

rims will be here on monday. im thinking about just ridin on the rims. anyone disagree. ill take pics as soon as the rubber comes.
i think you need to edit your signature again. i thought you had rotas on the way. but now they are spoons on the way? fedex must work some magic... maybe they'll magically turn your falken tires to advan tires too.
