WTB: civic , with or without motor....

found gray 92 civic cx hatch for $1300.
runs good has 140K miles 2nd owner. guy from ohio and move to ok few years ago, so it has few no air and few rust spot no bigger then baseball size.
driver side front fender, hood and pass side has dent.. i give it 8 out of 10. i seen many cx worse then this one for 3K..just because their CX model.. they are out of their mine...

cx, vx would both be projects.. or just really slow cars. But what is better, which ever one is lightest to begin with I would think.
