Default S2000 coil-on-plug ground question

Does the stock ground is good or there is a better ground for the coil?

I have a old 2002 turbo magasine issue where they tell that the valve cover is the best place to ground s2000 coils and give more power

personnaly I never see something better than OEM, some experience about those ground?

The best ground is where the factory intended it to be usually. The valve cover is NOT a good ground since there is a rubber seal between it and the block. IIRC there is no ground strap to the factory VC on the S2000 either.

I know that the valve cover is not a good ground, but there is no law that don't allow us to ground the valve cover to the engine

the OEM coil ground goes to what?
