This has been an issue with my car for some time now. I finally got a multimeter hooked up to the negative cable and the battery. the amp reading is .24. I started pulling all the fuses under the dash and none made a significant difference. Then I did the fuses under the hood. When I pulled out the IG fuse, the reading went to 0.0. I pulled out the Helms book to find out what was connected to that fuse and thats where I got lost. I am not a big electrical guy so I need your help on what is connected to this fuse. Please help!!

That's the fuse for the ignition switch. The next step is to remove the following under-dash fuses one at a time to see if their removal stops the parasitic drain.

Fuses 13, 14, 15, 18, 23, 24, and 25.

Next also disconnect the starter solenoid and the distributor connector.

Finally, disconnect the two ignition switch connectors:
