http://www.imagestation.com/album/?id=4292333025 Here is the place I have loaded them up. I know the car has a little "SHOW", but I will back that up with the "GO". Just wanted to let you guys see what a 90 mm GE sleeved block, GE intake Manifold, Erick's racing TB, ETC looks like for an H22.

We will see. I hope to start breaking in the motor this weekend, and it will be tuned after that. I will post dyno sheets and time slips as I get them. I hope to hit the 500 whp range, but over 400 whp and I will be happy!

That's a pretty miniscule amount of cylinder liner material between cylinders, especially if you are running boost...

The Erick's racing TB is made to go onto a stock manifold, you would just need to open it up to 70 mm. I don't know about the Euro R, but if a stock TB will bolt up, then this should.

I know it doesn't look like there is much between the cylinder's, but it is the max you can go. I figured why build a motor if I couldn't take it to the limit? If I had the open deck design without the sleeves, I would worry, but I am covered in all areas!

I just wanted to let everyone know I got some pics of my Thermal coated turbo and manifold, along with the dry film lube Crower stage2T cams.

Your setup looks good, how much did you get the intake manifold and the prodrive oil pump? I like the r33 taillight conversion too, not crazy about the rear bumper, but your car still looks good. Let us know how the motor runs when it's all tuned!

Also what are the benefits of the h23 tensioner and the accord balance shaft seal?

The H22 auto tensioner tends to fail on high HP applications where upgraded springs and retainers are used. The balance shaft seal plate thing, well, it is like wearing a helmet when you ride a motorcycle. you may not need it, but if you fall, you wish you had it. I have seen a couple ludes where the balance shaft seal has blown out. The piece was only like $3.00 so it is a better safe than sorry thing. I really don't like the back end either, but that is how I got the car. I am working with a buddy to see if we could modify the bumper to be more appealing. I will keep everyone updated.

Update: Just got the Moroso Oil pan and pick-up tonight. I should be getting my H23 timing belt (H22 belt doesn't work with the H23 switch-over) and my Hawker G16EP 13.5 lbs battery. It is the same exact battery as the Dyna-batt. Check out this article: http://www.stealth316.com/2-dynabatt.htm

Doesnt really matter what the car looks like, not that it looks bad, but with all that motor nobody can talk sh-t.

its always good to see build ups of h series motors You have done a good job of things so far... now its up to your fuel management system to see if you put out the desired horsepower you want. I know most of the guys on this board are against body work, but i do like the skyline converstion you did on your tail lights. There are a few things i would change around, but its your car and what matters most is if you like it, it gets a from me.

Thanks for all the comments guys. I have my fuel management already. Hondata 2B from the SGT GB. After the break in I will be meeting SGT in Richmond for the fine tune.

honestly... you are capable of 400hp depending on the turbo you run, but 500 is pushing it without more fuel upgrades... what injectors are you running? fuel lines? pumps?
