I have a integra gsr with bolt ons. So today I chNged my vtec solenooid gakset today and clean up an oill leak in my car with degreaser and water. So I covered the distributor because I was sparying around it only so I just clean of and started my car and let the engine dry he engine as it warms up. After It warmed up I notice my cel came on so I just ignored it and thought it was nothing and j drove my car around and I notice my far was like kimdq sluggish so I knew it was my dizzy so I just drove it and let it dry and I dried it out . I resseted my ecu thinkin that the del was fonnna go away it came back so I checked it and it gave me the code p1259 vtec malfunction something bank. Idk what it is couldve t have been when I changed the gasket I did something wrong ? And my car is still slugggish but not *** sluggish like before when the diZzy was wet. It won't let me rev past 6700

 

Is it in limp mode?

I plugged in the two plugs back in . I don't know what's wrong if limb mode is my car being all sluggish then I guess it's in Lomb node it's Been about 5 days still the same

 

Make sure that the vtec switch is plugged in. Disableing vtec will make that happen, happened to me a few years back.
