Default how should a sport boot fit?

i have oxtar evo tcs boots in a euro 43/us 9.

they fit like any other of my normal shoes in a size 9 meaning they all have that bit of slack in the toe end. i guess my question is if a sport boot should be ordered in a snug size so that the tips of your toes actually meet the end of the boot. i've tried on a 42 and and found it to be snug but actually foot placement on the pegs was easier to place. where as with my 43 i have to compensate for the slack in the toe tips if i wanted the ***** of my feet positioned correctly. or will someone tell me i'm just concerned about something that isn't a really big deal? thnx!

If the 42's feel good without hurting your feet, you should get them.

Like Leo said, get the smallest booth that don't hurt your feet.
