ok i just rebuilt my gsr motor i bored .50 and used rs machine pr3 pistons.. i had the head ported and polished i upgraded to itr valve springs.... so how high of a lift can these springs take i was looking at skunk2 stage 1's or factory itr/dtr cams (this is a street car/autocross/DD) are skunk2 stage 1's to aggresive???

You can run the stock ITR/CTR cams without any issue and other mild cams as well (such as the Toda A, i think Spoon cams as well).

yeah, most manufacturers design their "stage 1" or "turner" or "spec A" cams to work with OE valve train components. i don't know numbers on ITR springs, but i bet you could concider them at least somewhat upgraded from OE.
it's really not about the amount of lift they can handle. (max lift will be determined by things like valve to piston clearance, desired idle quality.. and so on.) lift relates to the springs when it comes to redline.
the springs job, other than sealing the cylinder when the time is right, is to keep the valves from floating at high RPM (or any RPM..). the higher the lift, and the higher the RPM, the stiffer the spring needs to be to avoid float.
so yeah, you can run "stage 1" with no problem. just be sure to take it in for a tune to get the most out of your new cam and motor.

ok i have a street tune on it now to break it in i was waiting to get some cams before i take it to get tune the only reason i got the itr's was cause i work at honda and got them hella cheap (think it was $98)
