someone wanna help me?

i am trying to remove the pins out of connector B (see image below) how in the hell do i get the wire out?!

its a little tricky.......
but the conector has 2 white pins on the side that needs to come off before u take any pincs out.... and be careful u dont break the pins whenu take them off......

already got the white things out,. im wirkin at actuiailly removin the pins.. any ideas/tricks?
