14" bottle caps

Got a set of Bottle Caps with no tires for sale....

Got 2 deep scratchs but can be fix with metal bondo....
otherwise rims are clean
they will need to be painted....

200 without tires? And they need to be repaired?

These go for 150 with tires all day...
