Teg Synchros
We are finding that our roadrace teg R is consuming Synchros at an alarming rate. To date, we have used stock Honda parts, with Amsoil MTF, with a lightweight ACT 6 puck disk, but are seeing that its tough to avoid crashing the gears after 12 hours of endurance racing.
Has anybody had success with synchrotec or other alternate manufacturer? Any input would help....

Not too many people make the syncro and hub but you can try http://www.gear-speed.com/ as they make a quality product.

I've heard good things about Gearspeed Carbon Coated Synchronizers (http://www.gearspeedinc.com/products.htm)
How much power is the car in question making?
Did you experience the same issues before running the ACT clutch?
Have you considered a completely different Transmission?

The problem pre-dates the ACT clutch disk. We are running 12 hour endurances, and this kind of wear seems common. I like the gear speed idea (same as Synchrotech?) and that was where I was heading. Can anybody doing road racing vouch for them?
Any suggestion on MTF fluid?
