cut springs? good suspension setup questions...
Alright before i say anything, I DID USE THE SEARCH BUTTON BEFORE POSTING!!!!
how can you tell if you have cut springs? when i bought my crx, it was already lowered. The car is bouncy as hell and bottoms out alot. I counted 10 coils on one side, and 9 on the other
Its an 89 CRX Si and its lowered so theres no wheel gap. How many inches is that dropped? I'm going to replace my shocks and springs, but i want to know what is a good setup for daily driving. Tokico Blue shocks? what springs(i want the same drop as i have now) I want to spend around 500-600 for the whole setup(or maybe i can find some slightly used ones and save $$$
) Or list your setups and how the ride is. Thanks guys!

I don't have a suspension setup as of yet...but hear good things about the following:
H&R, Eibach, Skunk2 for springs...
KYB AGX, and Tokico for shocks...
It all depends on if you want to have adjustable or not...that will help a lot with ride quality...and also, a lot of different ride heights will work, but it's the shock you use that has a major impact too.

I read somewhere that some combinations of shocks and springs(or coilovers) dont work together... like Ground Controls with KYB AGX or something like that.. ??
