Default new clutch, neccesary to retune?

I'm getting mixed answers regarding this. I previously had a 3-puck sprung clutch that needed replacement due to slippage. I'm now running the ACT HD 6-puck sprung clutch w/fidanza flywheel. Is it necessary to refine tune my car again? The shop that did the tuning said after installing a new clutch kit, I wouldn't need to retune again. At the same time, another shop has told me I should get it retuned for peace of mind. Is it necessary to retune the car after a clutch install?
