If it's JDM ITR they have a 2.5 inch collector, I have a DC 4-1 which is basically an ITR copy, but its collector is smaller, and works with stock Catalytic converter.

the JDM ITR 2.5" is a good choice and good for the money. Look for oem and not replica to keep a good resell value.

I am telling you what I have done personally. Go to ebay and look for a tri-y header design. I purchased a JVT for under $200. With my setup, my local tuner gave credit to the exhuast system I am using, which was entirely purchased on e-bay. The tri-y out performed the DC header I had previous. the collector is 2.5 inch, but you can get a cat for the teg 2.5 in/out(jdm).
If you see a tri-y for cheap, make sure materials used and welds are quality, then purchase. This header produces a noticeable amount of torque that does not vary much. There are other companies that sell tri-y and they put them on e-bay just to get more sales. Check it out!

JDM ITR headers are very good. I hear DC headers make no noticable gains.

we really need to know if you plan on keeping the stock cat or not. if you run a jdm cat or any other 2.5" cat the jdm itr is a great buy. the 96-97 is $150-200 and the 98+ runs about $350. if you keep the factory cat {which i would not suggest due to size} edelbrock is probably your best bet BUT they cost as much as the JDR ITR 98 spec. upgrade the cat and run the 98 spec. it's a good combo. as mentioned before, buy the OEM one. it's not just resale either. they actually work, don't crack, bolt up right and do what they should.

Dude, I just check ebay, and it's not under $200. It is actually well over that price, more like $350. Send me a link so I can think about making a purchase, since I need a header myself.
