Default Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs)

I Have a 95 Prelude SRV with 322xxx on it and I the fith gear seems to grind on upshift and reverse gear is slightly being affected also. My question is. I found some TSB regarding this issue, so If I went into my dealership and explained the TSB will they fix it for free? Or is the TSB just a common problem recognized by the mother company and nothing else will be done about the TSB? Anyone have luck with the TSBs?

Thanks

Since you're way out of warranty, it's highly unlikely they'll do it for free. However, there have been several users that have been able to get discounts on the work and parts, such as parts at cost & work at 1/2 price. I need to talk to my dealership also about this same TSB; I'm going to be doing the work myself, but want to see if I can get the parts at cost as it won't put them out any.
